5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make the bonus withdrawable, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

Example: Receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires wagering ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus balance cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus offer has a set expiry — unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once expired.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

5.4 VIP Program

kc44's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and loyalty. kc44 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.

All betting and gaming activities on kc44 are conducted under fair and transparent rules. Users must be aware of the following:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

• A bet is considered valid only once it has been successfully placed.
• kc44 reserves the right to make a decision regarding incomplete bets caused by technical issues.
• kc44 reserves the right to void any odds or results provided on the basis of incorrect information.

6.2 Sports Betting

• The results of all sports events will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant authority.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded unless a specific rule states otherwise.
• In live betting, any bets already placed remain valid if the internet connection is lost.

6.3 Casino Games

All kc44 users must refrain from the following activities. Violation of these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to introduce hacking, viruses, or malicious code into the platform.

8.1 Suspension by kc44

kc44 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious activity or suspected fraud on the account.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Account Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, however any portion subject to unfulfilled bonus conditions will be forfeited.
